In 1992, Chris Sanders arrived in San Diego from the East Coast. He laid down new roots, married, and now has two sons and one daughter. Chris enjoys reading and learning, as well as traveling, having been to China, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Italy, so far. He has received a Bachelor’s of Marketing degree from Syracuse University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship with minors in Negotiation and Conflict Management, Global Enterprise Management, Information Technology Management, and Project Management from Jones International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Chris Sanders has been in real estate in San Diego for over 22 years. He has recently established The CA Real Estate Group as he continues to grow and expand the business. Chris services a wide range of clients, from First-Time Homebuyers to Move-Up Buyers, Relocations, New Home Buyers, and Investors of all types. He possesses a wealth of experience in short sale negotiations, property valuations, and in selling REO Properties. His time is split fairly evenly between Buyers and Sellers. Chris is active in the international real estate community, as well. He takes pride in ongoing real estate education so that he can always be current with new laws, regulations, and procedures, and has achieved several professional designations and accreditations. Winning for his clients is the driving force behind his approach to real estate. Chris combines both his personal knowledge and professional expertise to help his clients find the right properties to suit their specific needs and ones that have proved to be very solid and profitable investments.
